TRSC HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS
Fundraising concert to complete purchase of a minibus for the school to take students to sporting/cultural events.
Six of the performers are parents at the school. There will also be a performance from the school's High School students.
Russel Walder is an oboe virtuoso, nominated for a Grammy Award. He will perform with New Zealand's most illustrious guitarist, Nigel Gavin. Gavin will also perform with his Gitbox group, originally created with the help of Robert Fripp of King Crimson.
The Grateful Dads are led by Chinmaya Dunster, world-renowned New Age artist with twenty CDs to his credit, recorded over the past twenty-eight years. He was invited to play at the wedding of Sir Paul McCartney in 2002.
